  • Regular Office Series: Not water resistant
  • Permanent Office Series: Water resistant. This ink has pigment particles which may cause clogging if the pen becomes dry. It is recommended to clean your pen when it is not in use or every 4-6 weeks.
  • Ink Vial Recycling: Bring in 10 empty sample ink vials for a complimentary ink sample of your choice.
